This hotel was super bright and beautiful. The room was very tech-friendly (there was even an Alexa to control the lights and blinds!). Enjoyed my day by the pool with some delicious food! Highly recommend staying here.

Delightful stay
Just stayed 4 nights in this hotel - previously the Trump Soho - had previously decided not to stay there due to the former owner!!
We are really delighted that we decided to try int on this occasion. The room was excellent, great bed and wonderful bathroom, great views and charming and friendly staff.
Its a great location for access to Soho and the Village and there are an abundance of top class restaurants within a few minutes walk.

Beautiful and spacious suite
Absolutely the most beautiful and spacious suite of all the five stars we have stayed in New York. They upgraded us from a regular suite to a corner suite on the 42nd floor that had a bath and a half, a kitchen with microwave, refrig, sink etc. Hotel is going to be dynamite after they finish restorations to the lobby.

First-rate hotel experience
The Palace is one of my favorite hotels in New York City, and I have stayed there frequently over the past several years. The service on this trip was impeccable even amidst a major construction re-haul. I couldn't hear the noise, and enjoyed several days of a first-rate hotel experience.
Luxury for sure!
